With respect to our service provider's time and other guests that would like to schedule. We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment. (yes, even if you have a gift certificate. The deposit can be refunded at the time of checkout to use the gift certificate.) Your deposit is refundable if you call and cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit will follow your appointment. If you are rescheduling or canceling within 24 hours of your appointment time, there will be an additional $25 rescheduling fee for each person in your party, charged at the time of rescheduling. If you NO SHOW for an appointment you will be charged the full cost of services scheduled.
You will receive your intake paperwork virtually, through text or email, it is ideal to have this filled out before arrival.
Please arrive 15 minutes earlier than your appointment time.
If you arrive after the scheduled appointment time, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled end time.
Arriving 15+ minutes later than the appointment time will result in rescheduling you for a different date/time and you will be charged a $25 rescheduling fee for each person at the time of rescheduling and you will lose the original deposit.
Upon arrival, we will have you wash your hands in our lobby sink. At this time masks are encouraged not required for our guests in the common areas. Masks are not required during service. However, our staff is required to wear them during your service for your safety.
The 15 minutes prior to your appointment time is to confirm paperwork, enjoy a beverage, use the facilities and simply relax before starting the appointment promptly.
Please note all of our services are 50 and 80 minutes of actual service allowing you 5 minutes before to disrobe and 5 minutes after to get dressed.
From the moment you walk in the door, our focus is on your complete relaxation and revitalization. Therefore, we ask all of our quests to be mindful and use a quieter tone in conversation, and silence all electronics to maximize relaxation.
Please note our No Phone Policy in service to be respectful to the others relaxing adjacent to you, the service provider's time, and the time of the other guests who have appointments after you. As well as, the time allotted for your appointment to be completed in its entirety. Please understand disruptions during the service, by the client, may alter the desired results of your service, and will not warrant a return of funds.
We are taking all the steps, big and small, to protect our guests and staff. You may wash your hands upon entry, and require all of our employees to wash their hands before and after each service.
You're welcome to wear a mask, it is not required.
However, we do provide and encourage our employees to wear them for your protection during service.
We sanitize with medical-grade sanitizers and run a UV light for 15-30 minutes. We also sanitize all high-touch surfaces in the common area multiple times throughout the day.
